Men's Slow Pitch Softball League

The Men's Slow Pitch Softball league is open to male players ages 16 years and older. The league is sanctioned through USSSA and consists of several different divisions to accommodate the recreational to competitive team. Teams typically play two games per week during the regular season, followed by a double elimination playoff tournament. Most games are played at the Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex on Naylor Mill Rd, though alternate fields are used on occasion. The spring softball league takes place from April-July and the fall softball league takes place from August-October.

• Registration: February-March
• Age Group: Male players ages 16 and older
• Program Fee: Team Fee $500.  Player Contract Fee $63.
• Date(s): April through July
• Time(s): Weeknights (Mon.-Thurs.)
• Location: Primarily at the Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex, various other county facilities will be used as needed.
• Details: Participants must rovide their own equipment including bats, balls, gloves, etc. You must register with an existing team and have team captain’s approval; to get connected with a team, call the Recreation Department for more information.

Preseason Men's Softball Tournament

• Registration: Open until March 12, 2012
• Tournament Fee: $50 (plus umpire fees) for teams registered for the 2012 men's slow pitch league.  Non-registered teams are $130 (plus umpire fees).

Fall League

• Registration: July-August
• Age Group: Male players ages 16 and older
• Program Fee: Prices To Be Determined (no additional out-of county fees for player contracts as of Feb., 2011)
